Issue : While solving TAC, if ERA shows “ERA Explorer has stopped working” message.
– Uninstall ERA Explorer in Client machine and then again install the same.
– Re-install camera drivers and disable display drivers with the help of below path
Right Click on My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Display Adapters > here right click and disable the display drivers
Issue will be resolved.
If issue still persist then generate support ticket from your SDC login and contact to respective SISA coordinator for the same.
