Steps to resolve Session & Marks Mismatch issue:

 

Step 1 – Upload Data from LF login:

  • Click on Management tab
  • Click on Upload Data to start data upload process.

 

Step 2 – Do Health Check :

  • Click on Management tab
  • Click on Health check to start the process.

 

Step 3 – Recalculate session from learner login :

  • Learner login into ERA Browser.
  • Select Go To Course (subject where issue arise)
  • Refer following image to recalculate sessions.

 

Step 4 – Recalculate session from LF login :

  • Go to Reports tab
  • Generate new report of concern Batch & Course
  • Refer following image to recalculate sessions.

 

 

Step 5 – Refresh ERA Browser :

  • Restart ERA Browser
  • Refer following image to Refresh ERA Browser (clear Browser cache)
