Dear SDC,

This is a notification regarding the KYP Books collection from BSDM Office. Kindly collect the pending books of the previous batches and the January 2023 batch and distribute them to the KYP Learner. If you fail to collect the books as per the following timeline then BSDM will take strict action on these SDCs for upcoming batches.

Arrange to collect the KYP & BS-CFA Books from BSDM office for November-2022, December-2022 and January-2023 Batch.

KYP/KYP P&E/KYP ITI/BS-CFA SDCs are hereby requested to visit BSDM office as per below mentioned district wise Date & Time:

Important Note For Certificate

  • Certificate has been made available till 17th and 18th September 2021 Exam Event for KYP SDCs.
  • Certificate has been made available till 17th and 18th September 2021 Exam Event for KYP P&E SDCs.
  • Certificate has been made available till 17th and 18th September 2021 Exam Event for KYP ITI SDCs.
  • Certificate has been made available till 17th and 18th September 2021 Exam Event for BS-CFA SDCs

Important Note: –

  • It is mandatory to bring identity proof (Driving License, Voter ID etc.) and photocopy of same.
  • It is mandatory to send the person who is the employee at your center as per BSDM Portal.
  • It is mandatory to bring Book Acknowledgement (Distribution Utilization) Report with Center Seal and Signature,
  • Please find the attachment of report format.
  • On Saturday, Sunday and other Govt. holiday BSDM office will remain closed. Please visit BSDM office for Book collection as per the above mentioned schedule only.
  • Do not issue books to readmission learner.
  • Collect the pending books of previous batches if any in given timeline
