Released OES Update 4.2.

We have released OES Update 4.2. In this update, we have updated the ERA Explorer to version

Steps to install Update:

  1. Log out from ERA login from all Client PCs. And restart the server PC.
  2. connect your Server PC to the internet, a pop-up message will appear New Update has been found.
  3. Click on Yes Button from this message and proceed.
  4. Do not disconnect the internet while the update is running.

White screen shows after opening ERA explorer

Issue :  White screen shows after opening ERA explorer.
ERA Explorer ओपन करने पर जब व्हाइट स्क्रीन दिखाई दे.

While solving TAC, if ERA shows “ERA Explorer has stopped working” message

Issue :  While solving TAC, if ERA shows “ERA Explorer has stopped working” message.



Solution : 

  – Uninstall ERA Explorer in Client machine and then again install the same.
  Re-install camera drivers and disable display drivers with the help of below path
Right Click on My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Display Adapters > here right click and disable the display drivers
Issue will be resolved.
If issue still persist then generate support ticket from your SDC login and contact to respective SISA coordinator for the same.
