Solar Support Ticket

1.      How to raise support ticket from SDC login ?

  • Go to our portal by using following link:
  • Link:
  • Then Click on Login Button
  • Then Click on For Kushal Yuva Program Login
  • Then Enter Your User Name (KYP SDC code) And Password and Click on Login
  • Then Click on Support Icon  support-tab  Which is placed at the middle position of the right side of the screen.
  • Then the I Need Support Window will be appear on screen
  • In this window you have to select Project (KYP) then Select Type as Support then Select Categories Of Support from Drop Down list (e.g. Questions, Admissions, Academics, Support, )  Support
  • Then Choose Language of question
  • Then Type Subject (Subject should be short. Max character limit is 60 Characters)
  • Then Enter Description of Issue in detail.
  • If you have a Screenshot of Issue Then Select Yes Radio button which is placed in front of Attach file option. Then Click on Upload & Save Button OR
  • If you don’t have any screenshot Then Select No Radio button which is placed in front of Attach file option. Then Click on Save Button
  • Your support Ticket will be getting raised with Specific Ticket ID.

1.     How to Track the status of Support Ticket ?

  • Simply Click on Setting Menu
  • Then select Support
  • Then select View Support Ticket option

Here you can view the action taken on your Support Ticket



Note: Please do not write subject too lengthy otherwise your Ticket Id will not be generated.
