Dear SDC,

This is a notification regarding the KYP & BS CFA Books Collection Acknowledgement Receipt Verification by DMT. We are going to implement the process of KYP & BS-CFA Books Collection Acknowledgement Receipt Verification in center visit activity from May 2024 for ongoing batches.

All centers are informed that during the center visit activity, the KYP and BS-CFA Book Collection Acknowledgment Receipt (Book Receiving Receipt) will be verified by the DMT, which you receive from BSDM officials with seal & signature at the time of book collection from BSDM office.

Important Note: –

·      If you fail to receive the books of the ongoing batches from the BSDM office and do not show the acknowledgment receipt at the time of the Center Visit by DMT then BSDM may take appropriate action.

·      Arrange to collect the KYP & BS-CFA Books from the BSDM office as per the scheduled invitation (If pending).

·      Please download the Book Requisition Receipt from <<Materials<<MTS>> Option (for January 2024 or Onward Batches by Solar login before visiting for book collection from the BSDM Office.

·      Please find the New Book Requisition Process manual in the attachment (for January 2024 or Onward Batches).

·      It is mandatory to bring the Book Requisition Receipt (for August 2023 or Onward Batches) with Center Seal and Signature.

·      If you are facing any problem while downloading the book requisition receipt, then contact your respective Cluster Manager.
